Universal has officially announced that the fifth and final season of Netflix’s hit series Stranger Things will be coming to Halloween Horror Nights at both Universal Orlando Resort and Universal Studios Hollywood this year.

This year’s Stranger Things haunted house will take guests into the events of the show’s fifth and final season as Hawkins stands on the brink of destruction. As the line between the real world and the Upside Down continues to break down, guests will find themselves caught in the middle of the battle against Vecna and the supernatural forces threatening the town.

Guests will travel through iconic locations from the series, including the Wheeler House, Hawkins National Laboratory, the MAC-Z military base, and the dark realms of the Upside Down and the Abyss. Throughout the experience, guests will be hunted down by Demogorgons and other creatures, including Vecna.

In addition to the haunted house announcement, Universal has also released a new line of limited-release merchandise inspired by Stranger Things. The collection includes a retro T-shirt and mug, along with a new acrylic figure designed to fit into the separately sold Infernal Carnival collectible display.

The merchandise is available now at Universal Orlando and Universal Studios Hollywood, and will also be available online beginning June 18 at 9 AM PST on shopUniversal.com.

Universal Orlando’s Halloween Horror Nights officially kicks off on August 28, 2026, while Universal Studios Hollywood’s event begins on September 3, 2026.
