Walt Disney World has rolled out a new pre-recorded safety announcement for the courtesy trams. The announcement plays when the trams are stopped for boarding. It includes a rundown of safety protocols that guests should adhere to when riding the tram. It also outlines items that are prohibited within the parks.

The new announcement focuses on safety information that Cast Members previously delivered live. With the introduction of this recording, Cast Members no longer need to repeat the same message throughout the day each time guests board. However, they will continue to make other announcements, such as park hours, fireworks showtimes, and tram service hours.

Here’s a recording of the new audio message:

Once the tram begins to move, guests will hear a familiar pre-recorded message reminding them to keep doors closed; maintain safety by keeping hands, arms, feet, and legs inside the tram; and to supervise children. This safety spiel is not new.
