Apple TV has picked up Shrinking for a fourth season ahead of the premiere of its third season.
Season 3 of Shrinking will premiere with its first episode on Apple TV on January 28, 2026. New episodes will release weekly through April 8, 2026, with the season consisting of 11 episodes.
Jason Segel returns to lead the series as Jimmy, alongside Harrison Ford, Christa Miller, Jessica Williams, Luke Tennie, Michael Urie, Lukita Maxwell, and Ted McGinley. The upcoming season will also feature a lineup of guest stars, including Michael J. Fox, Jeff Daniels, Candice Bergen, Sherry Cola, Isabella Gomez, Brett Goldstein, Damon Wayans Jr., Wendie Malick, and Cobie Smulders.
Shrinking is a comedy-drama centered on Jimmy, a therapist struggling to cope with the death of his wife. While grappling with his own grief, Jimmy abandons traditional therapeutic boundaries and begins telling his patients exactly what he thinks, setting off a series of unexpected and often complicated consequences. As he searches for a new way to live with his loss, his unfiltered approach begins to change both his life and the lives of those around him.
The series, which debuted in 2023, is produced for Apple TV by Warner Bros. Television and was created by Bill Lawrence, Jason Segel, and Brett Goldstein.
