The Walt Disney Company has appointed Thomas Mazloum as Chairman of Disney Experiences, succeeding Josh D’Amaro, who is set to become the company’s CEO following the annual shareholder meeting on March 18, 2026.

Mazloum’s appointment will take effect the same day, putting him in charge of Disney’s worldwide portfolio of theme parks, cruise ships, resorts, and consumer products. He most recently served as President of Disneyland Resort in California, overseeing the destination’s two theme parks, Downtown Disney District, and various hotels.

He first joined Disney in 1998 as a hotel director for Disney Cruise Line and has held several leadership roles across the company. His experience includes overseeing Disney Signature Experiences, which includes Disney Cruise Line, Disney Vacation Club, and Adventures by Disney, as well as serving as senior vice president of operations at Walt Disney World.

“Thomas Mazloum is an exceptional leader with a genuine appreciation for our cast members and a proven track record of delivering growth,” said D’Amaro in a statement. “His focus on service excellence, broad international leadership, and strong connection to the creativity that brings our stories to life make him the right leader to guide Disney Experiences into its next chapter.”

Jill Estorino has been named President of Disneyland Resort, succeeding Mazloum. Additionally, Tasia Filippatos will serve as President of Disney Parks International, while Lisa Baldzicki has been appointed President of Disney Consumer Products.
