Disneyland Resort is set to enchant visitors once again with a brand new culinary experience at Tiana’s Palace. This re-imagined quick service dining establishment will transport guests to the very restaurant featured in the beloved Disney animated film The Princess and the Frog.

With the recent release of the official menu, Disney fans from near and far eagerly await their chance to savor the delectable flavors that Tiana’s Palace has to offer. Let’s take a closer look at some of the tantalizing dishes that await us.

Tiana’s Palace will serve various Gumbo options: 7 Greens Gumbo (a plant-based offering), 7 Greens Gumbo with Chicken & Andouille Sausage, and House Gumbo.

Cajun Spice Half Chicken offers guests a little extra spice. It’s brushed with a house-made chicory BBQ sauce and served with baked macaroni and cheese & coleslaw.

If you’re up for a handheld offering, Tiana’s Palace serves 2. There’s the Muffuletta Sandwich, which stacks mortadella, salami, rosemary ham, cheddar, provolone, and olive relish on toasted New Orleans sesame seed bread, and the Beef Po-boy Sandwich, featuring slow-cooked beef coated with gravy and fully dressed with shredded lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise atop toasted New Orleans French bread. Both dishes are served with red beans and rice as well as house-made pickles.

Also available to order is Gulf Shrimp & Grits. The shrimp is grilled and tossed in a Creole sauce then paired with cheesy grits.

Side items include Buttermilk Cornbread, Baked Macaroni and Cheese, Red Beans & Heirloom Rice, Coleslaw, Cheesy Grits, and plant-based Heirloom Rice.

On the kids’ menu, children can choose from Roasted Chicken Drumstick served with a sweet BBQ sauce and heirloom rice, Toasted Ham & Cheese Sandwich topped with savory ham and provolone, and Baked Macaroni and Cheese.

Tiana’s Palace also serves House-filled Beignet featuring lemon icebox pie filling topped with lemon glaze. Talk about delicious! 😋
