A new dining concept from the team behind Gideon’s Bakehouse is coming to Disney Springs, located just a few doors down from the popular cookie shop. According to the Orlando Sentinel, Six Ravens will begin its soft opening on Monday, August 3, 2026.

Although Gideon’s is known for its massive half-pound cookies, Six Ravens takes a different approach with a menu centered on Coffyns. These Coffyns are house-made yeast rolls filled with savory ingredients and served with dipping sauces. Six Ravens brings together flavors created in collaboration with a number of local restaurants, including Red Panda Noodle, Pizza Bruno, Smoke & Donuts, Pink Salamander, and Papi’s Burritos. Beyond Coffyns, the menu also includes a side dish, a sweet offering, and a selection of craft beers.
