Disney Shares First Look at Treats for Tiana’s Bayou Adventure at Walt Disney World

Disney enthusiasts have reason to celebrate as Walt Disney World unveils a first look at the treats prepared for Tiana’s Bayou Adventure, opening at Magic Kingdom on June 28, 2024. Guests can expect an array of new menu items as well as returning favorites inspired by The Princess and the Frog and the all-new Tiana’s Bayou Adventure ride.

Magic Kingdom

Golden Oak Outpost (Available June 28 – September 6)

• Hot Honey Chicken with Sweet Potato Fries (New): Chicken nuggets tossed in a hot honey sauce, served with New Orleans olive relish and Cajun-spiced sweet potato fries
• Shrimp Gumbo with Sweet Potato Fries (New): Shrimp and Andouille sausage gumbo topped with Cajun-spiced sweet potato fries
• Tiana’s Famous Beignets: Light, sweet, and fluffy beignets dusted with powdered sugar and drizzled with honey

Pinocchio Village Haus (Available June 28 – September 6)

• Peach Cobbler: Cinnamon panna cotta, peach cobbler, brown sugar streusel, and whipped cream, garnished with a Tiana chocolate piece

Plaza Ice Cream Parlor (Available June 28 – September 6)

• Butter Pecan Praline Sundae: Butter pecan ice cream garnished with praline sauce, spiced pecans, and a dollop of whipped cream

• Tiana’s Chantilly Cake: DVanilla chiffon cake layered with lemon chantilly and strawberries, finished with a fondant flower and a Tiana-themed chocolate piece

Moreover, Walt Disney World will soon offer Mama Odie’s Hot Sauce and Dooky Chase’s Seasonings in various flavors including Gumbo Base, Seafood Seasoning, Meat Seasoning, and Fried Chicken Seasoning. This marks the first time these products will be available outside of Dooky Chase’s Restaurant in New Orleans. Leah Chase, whose story inspired the character of Princess Tiana, owned and operated this iconic restaurant. These items will be available at the Emporium starting June 28 and at Critter Co-Op once it opens.

Additionally, a new Joffrey’s blend called Tiana Bayou Beignet will be available for purchase at Joffrey’s Coffee and Tea Co. at The Landing at Disney Springs and on Joffrey’s website. This medium-roasted flavored coffee features flavor notes of honey and powdered sugar for a delightfully sweet sip.
