Season 2 of the series, which was announced in February, breaks new ground by adopting an anthology format, a decision that reimagines the show with a fresh narrative and a completely new ensemble of characters.

While specific information about the upcoming season remains under wraps, there is an official synopsis: “Teenage siblings discover a threat stirring, triggering a chain of events that unravel a profound mystery. As they delve into the unknown, the duo find themselves entangled in the chilling tale of four teenagers who mysteriously vanished in 1994.”

Schwimmer is set to take on the role of Anthony, a former botany professor and divorced father of teenage twins. His life spirals into chaos as he attempts to balance the care of an elderly parent with the challenges of having his children for the summer season.
