Cinnabon is stepping into the Wizarding World conversation this spring with a limited-time menu inspired by Butterbeer, one of the most recognizable flavors tied to the Harry Potter universe.
In partnership with Warner Bros. Discovery Global Consumer Products, Cinnabon is celebrating Butterbeer Season with two new offerings available for a short window across participating locations in the United States. The rollout runs from May 4, 2026, through May 17, 2026, marking the first time a national restaurant chain in the U.S. has joined the seasonal celebration.
The limited-time menu includes:
- Butterbeer-flavored Classic Roll: The brand’s signature cinnamon roll gets a themed twist with Butterbeer-infused frosting.
- Butterbeer-flavored Chillatta: A creamy, blended beverage combining a Butterbeer flavor profile with vanilla.
Both items will be available while supplies last during the promotional period.
Cinnabon Rewards members will also have access to additional perks tied to the launch. Beginning May 4, the first 934 guests to enter the code “Platform934” in the Cinnabon app will receive an offer for $2 off a Butterbeer Bon. Plus, 50 loyalty members who sign up during the limited-time offer window (May 4 through May 17) will be entered into a sweepstakes to win a Harry Potter x Cinnabon shirt. Ten winners will also receive free Classic Rolls for a year, awarded as one per week for 52 weeks.
Butterbeer has become one of the most recognizable offerings from the Wizarding World, first gaining popularity in Universal’s themed lands and expanding beyond the parks. Its steady introduction across different brands highlights how it has evolved into a wider pop culture food concept, with Butterbeer-inspired items now appearing not only at theme parks but also in grocery stores.
For Cinnabon, the collaboration adds a themed twist to its core product lineup while tapping into an established fan base that already associates Butterbeer with immersive, nostalgic experiences.
