Shanghai Disney Resort will experience its second major expansion that will bring the popular film Zootopia to life.
The Zootopia themed land will allow guests to experience the mammalian metropolis of Zootopia and meet their favorite characters from the film. When this development is completed, guests will have the chance to enjoy new entertainment, souvenir, food, and beverage offerings as well as a brand new attraction “that will seamlessly blend Disney storytelling and state-of-the-art technology,” according to Disney.
Disney expects to begin construction on the project later this year. Additional information about has not yet been announced.
