Painting Advances at Universal Studios Florida Entry Plaza

Work continues on repainting the structures at Universal Studios Florida’s entry plaza, shifting the color scheme from a peach-toned pink to a white color scheme accented by brown. The project began in January and has progressed gradually. Crews initially focused on the left side of the plaza and have recently completed much of that section, including the restrooms and the exit-side gift shop.

New Dining and Entertainment Location Coming to CityWalk

Earlier this week, it was announced that Category 10, a dining and entertainment concept from country music artist Luke Combs, will be opening at Universal CityWalk Orlando. Universal has not yet revealed the exact location of the venue, but confirmed that it will be a brand-new venue. Below is a look at the concept art released by Category 10.

The concept art shows the Islands of Adventure lighthouse on the left, with a gradual slope to the right and the Hard Rock Cafe visible in the background. This placement suggests the venue could be situated along the waterfront, possibly in the area pictured below, where it may replace kiosks. However, keep in mind, this potential site has not been confirmed and plans are subject to change

Construction is set to begin this summer, and the venue is scheduled to open in late 2027.
