Here’s a smoother, more concise version:
Food and beverage booths for Universal’s Mardi Gras began appearing around Universal Studios Florida late last month, and their menus are now posted at the kiosks. Below is a look at the various booths and their menus throughout the park. Please note that while additional locations will offer Mardi Gras food items, their menus were not posted on-site. We spotted Mardi Gras-inspired sweet treats at the Universal Sweets store and San Francisco Candy Factory in Universal Studios Florida. We did not check if these treats are available at other locations. Here’s a look at the snacks.

Fast & Furious: Hollywood Drift Progress
Crews have made some progress on the structure being built backstage at the far end of Universal Studios Florida’s New York area. The building is expected to function as the service facility for the new roller coaster. Since our last update, more roof panels have been installed, and the beams now extend further outward. Additionally, concrete forms have been set up for columns located much closer to the construction walls in the New York area.

New Food Kiosk Opens
The food kiosk that was under construction across from Animal Actors On Location! at Universal Studios Florida recently opened. It’s called Parkside Fare.
