Gideon’s Bakehouse is preparing to expand its presence at Disney Springs with a brand-new concept, Six Ravens, set to open this summer.
The popular Orlando bakery, which first debuted at Orlando’s East End Market in 2016 before opening its highly successful Disney Springs location in 2020, announced the new venture in January 2026. Now, the company has confirmed Six Ravens is slated to welcome guests sometime this summer, though an exact opening date has not yet been revealed.
Located in the former Art of Shaving storefront just a few doors down from Gideon’s Bakehouse, Six Ravens will focus on savory offerings led by “coffyns,” a house‑made yeast roll stuffed with savory fillings that draw inspiration from Medieval European pastry cases. The hand pies will feature a rotating lineup of flavors.
In addition to the signature coffyns, guests can expect smashed potatoes and a variety of dipping sauces, including sweet heat and honey mustard options.
Six Ravens is also partnering with Orlando-area breweries Sideward Brewing and The Ravenous Pig Brewing Co. for its beer selections.
