A new restaurant is set to open at Universal Orlando’s CityWalk this month.

Fat One’s Hot Dogs & Italian Ice, founded by Joey Fatone, is nearing the finish line as construction continues at its upcoming CityWalk location. Fatone, best known as a member of NSYNC, confirmed that the restaurant is targeting a September 2026 opening.

In a post shared on Fat One’s official Instagram page last week, the restaurant said it was “a few weeks away” from opening. Fatone also commented on the post, stating that the restaurant will open “this month.”

An exact opening date has not yet been announced, but Fatone said the date will be revealed “very soon.”

Fat One’s replaces Hot Dog Hall of Fame, which closed in July 2026.

The location has continued to take shape in recent weeks. During our visit to CityWalk on Saturday, banners, signage, and theming for Fat One’s were already in place, providing a much better look at the upcoming restaurant. Work is still underway, with some final touches remaining before the restaurant is ready to open.
