An ownership group headed by executives of Glasstone Group submitted plans to Orange County, Florida, in September 2026 for a new 17-story vacation rental tower on International Drive near SeaWorld Orlando.
The project is referred to as Glasstone Morada Orlando in county filings and is planned for 11304 International Drive. The proposed development would feature a nearly 200-foot-tall tower with 240 short-term rental units, a three-story parking garage, and an amenity deck with a swimming pool, pickleball courts, a basketball court, a rooftop garden, and landscaped outdoor spaces. A 10,000-square-foot restaurant would also be located on the deck.

The proposed design combines light-colored stucco, stone, glass, and dark green accents. Vegetation would cover portions of the parking garage’s exterior, helping reduce heat absorption. The development would also include a bus shelter, sidewalk improvements along International Drive, and a walking path around an existing stormwater pond. Approximately 42% of the property would remain open space, exceeding the county’s minimum requirement.
The 2.92-acre property was purchased by IDrive Three Land LLC for $4 million in August 2024. A previous owner of the site sought county approval in 2023 to develop 267 traditional apartment units on the plot.
Civil engineering and landscape architecture are being handled by Pape-Dawson, and Rabits and Romano Architecture is responsible for the building’s design.
The proposal remains subject to Orange County’s development review process.
