As Halloween approaches, Disney Springs is rolling out an assortment of seasonal treats. Starting September 9, you can indulge in special creations exclusive to this spooky time of year at various locations throughout the entertainment complex.
Amorette’s Patisserie (Available September 9 – October 31)
- Jack Skellington Éclair: A cookies and cream mousse éclair
- Sally Éclair: Pistachio éclair
- Madame Leota Petit Cake (New): Layers of chocolate chiffon, caramel mousse, and crushed pretzels
- Amorette’s Wilting Rose (New): A chocolate biscuit with dark chocolate mousse and raspberry sauce
- Halloween Minnie Mouse Dome (New): A chocolate chiffon cake with dark chocolate mousse filling and a cherry gel center
D-Luxe Burger (Available September 9 – November 11)
- Pumpkin Shake: A blend of vanilla gelato and pumpkin pie mix, caramel sauce, pumpkin spice, and graham cracker crumbles, topped with whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin spice.
Dockside Margaritas (Available September 9 – October 31)
- Mysterious Margarita: A blend of Patrón Silver Tequila and Grand Marnier Liqueur, mixed with sweet-and-sour, lime juice, and black cherry purée. Garnished with Granny Smith apple, an orange wedge, and a cherry.
Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar (Available September 9)
- Spiced Pear Potion: Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum, pear nectar, lemon juice, and cinnamon simple syrup, garnished with a cinnamon stick. Available September 9 through October 31.
- Pumpkin Patch Old Fashioned (New): Maker’s Mark Kentucky Straight Bourbon, simple syrup, vanilla syrup, pumpkin spice, and Angostura Bitters, served with an ice sphere. Available September 9 through November 7.
- Creepy Mudslide (New): Kahlúa Coffee Liqueur, Tito’s Handmade Vodka, Baileys Irish Cream Liqueur, and a vanilla base, served in a chocolate syrup-drizzled glass, garnished with whipped cream, gummy candy, and crushed cookie pieces. Available September 9 through October 31.
Marketplace Snacks (Available September 9 – October 31)
- Mickey Pumpkin Waffle Sundae (New): Vanilla soft-serve drizzled with pumpkin caramel and adorned with M&M’S Milk Chocolate
Swirls on the Water (Available September 9 – October 31)
- Maleficent Cone (New): A black vanilla cone filled with a swirl of pistachio and purple cheesecake soft-serve, topped with chocolate horns

- Pecan Ganache Square (New): Toasted, caramelized pecans blended with milk chocolate. Available September 9 through November 30.
- Pumpkin Chai Ganache Square: Pumpkin and chai spices mixed with white chocolate and covered in 65% dark chocolate. Available September 9 through November 30.
- Oogie Boogie Chocolate Toffee Bites (New): Dark chocolate, ruby chocolate, and house-made pumpkin-spiced toffee with crispy pearls. Available September 9 through October 31.

- Eerie Apple Margarita: A blend of Lunazul Reposado Tequila, Cointreau Liqueur, DeKuyper Pucker Sour Apple Liqueur, sweet-and-sour mix, lime juice, and Granny Smith apple syrup, finished with a lime wedge garnish
