Disney has finally revealed an opening date for Roundup Rodeo BBQ: March 23, 2023. The new western-themed family-style restaurant, which will become the second dining location at Toy Story Land in Disney’s Hollywood Studios, will have guests enter a rodeo arena that Andy created using his toys, games, and playsets.
In addition to an opening date, Disney has also revealed the restaurant’s menu.

- Prospector’s Homemade Cheddar Biscuits: Cheddar biscuits served with sweet pepper jelly
Salads
- Tomato Salad: Tomatoes, cucumbers, and pickled red onions with white balsamic vinaigrette and dill (plant-based offering)
- Rex’s Romaine and Kale Salad: Romaine and kale mixed with green apples, dried cranberries, and pumpkin seeds tossed in green goddess dressing
- Watermelon Salad: Watermelon garnished with torn mint leaves (plant-based offering)
House-smoked Meats
- Evil Dr. Smoked Ribs: Slow-cooked, “fall-off-the-bone” pork ribs
- Buttercup’s Beef Brisket: Sliced beef brisket, smoked then slow-cooked
- There’s a Sausage in My Boot: Spiced pork sausage fire-grilled over live oak
- BBQ Chicken – with Style!: Chicken brined for 48 hours, rubbed with backyard BBQ spice and then smoked

- Slow-smoked Cauliflower: Cauliflower topped with sweet harissa drizzle and walnut gremolata
- Oven-roasted “Bratwurst”: Sliced tender and juicy plant-based “Bratwurst”
