Disney Shares New Passholder Preview Details for Muppets Coaster and Reimagined Soarin’

Disney has released new details on upcoming Annual Passholder preview opportunities for two reimagined attractions debuting later this month at Walt Disney World—Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets and Soarin’ Across America.

At Disney’s Hollywood Studios, Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets officially opens on May 26, 2026, bringing guests along for a high-speed ride to The Electric Mayhem’s big night. Before the attraction opens to all guests, Annual Passholders will have the chance to preview the experience on May 21, 22, and 23.

To participate, Passholders must first secure a theme park reservation for Disney’s Hollywood Studios in order to request to join the virtual queue at 7:00 AM using the My Disney Experience app. Additional virtual queue opportunities will be offered at 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM. The 11:00 AM distribution is open to Passholders with a reservation at any Walt Disney World theme park, though they must first enter the park where they hold that reservation before heading to Disney’s Hollywood Studios. The 3:00 PM distribution is available to any Passholder and does not require a park reservation. Passholders also do not need to be inside a theme park to request to join the virtual queue at any of the designated distribution times. Each Passholder may request to join the virtual queue once per day.

Disney confirmed that the virtual queue system will only be used during the preview period and will not be in place when the attraction officially opens on May 26.

As an added perk, Passholders participating in the preview will receive complimentary downloads of their on-ride photo.

Meanwhile, at EPCOT, Soarin’ Across America will also debut on May 26, offering guests a new scenic flight over iconic landmarks and landscapes across the United States. Annual Passholder previews for the attraction will take place on May 19 and 20.

Unlike the Hollywood Studios preview, Soarin’ Across America will not utilize a virtual queue. Instead, Passholders can experience the attraction by joining the standby line during normal operating hours, subject to capacity.
