Man Arrested After Alleged Sexual Battery of Content Creator at Disneyland

A man was arrested on suspicion of sexual battery after a social media content creator accused him of groping her while she was livestreaming at Disneyland Park last week.

Yoatzi Castro was visiting the park on September 23, 2026, celebrating a friend’s birthday when the alleged incident occurred. She and her friends had stopped near Sleeping Beauty Castle for a photo during her Twitch livestream.

Footage shared by Castro shows a man in a white T-shirt walking past the group with a female companion. As he passes Castro, his hand briefly disappears from view. She then turns around, follows him, accuses him of groping her, and hits him in the back. The man denies the accusation before continuing toward the castle.

Castro later shared a video on social media explaining the situation and showing part of the encounter. The video is presented below in its entirety and without edits. Please note that it contains graphic language.

Castro said park security contacted her about an hour later to inform her they had located the man. Anaheim police arrested the man, who Castro says was identified as Christopher Portias. However, authorities have not publicly confirmed his identity.

The Anaheim Police Department said the incident occurred at approximately 8 p.m. The man was arrested on suspicion of sexual battery and was cited and released that evening, according to a Los Angeles Times report.

The case remains under investigation, and no court date is scheduled at this time.

Castro said she intends to press charges and expressed appreciation for the response from Disneyland security.
