Universal has announced that the Hellraiser franchise is coming to Halloween Horror Nights for the first time at both Universal Orlando Resort and Universal Studios Hollywood.

The new haunted house will be inspired by the first three Hellraiser films: Hellraiser (1987), Hellbound: Hellraiser II, and Hellraiser III: Hell on Earth. Guests will step into the nightmarish world created by Clive Barker, where the mysterious Lament Configuration puzzle box opens a gateway to the Cenobites, led by the iconic Pinhead.

The haunted house begins as guests enter the infamous puzzle box, summoning the Cenobites and opening a gateway to a diabolical dimension filled with unimaginable horrors. Along the way, they will encounter locations featured throughout the film series, including the attic in Frank Cotton’s family home, where he was first cast into Hell; the eerie Channard Institute, where the legendary box lures guests with its promise of forbidden pleasures; and the terrifying Labyrinth, where Pinhead and the Cenobites await their next victims.

Doug Bradley, who portrayed Pinhead, will reprise the role by providing the character’s voice for both the Orlando and Hollywood haunted houses.

Universal is also releasing a limited collection of Hellraiser-themed merchandise. The lineup includes a T-shirt and a Pinhead acrylic figure that can be added to the separately sold Infernal Carnival collectible display. The merchandise is now available at both Universal Orlando and Universal Studios Hollywood, with online sales beginning July 1 at 9:00 a.m. PT through shopUniversal.com.

Universal Orlando’s Halloween Horror Nights runs on select nights from August 28 through November 1, while Universal Studios Hollywood hosts the event from September 3 through November 1. Tickets are on sale for both events.
