Universal Orlando has discontinued Express Pass options for Halloween Horror Nights multi-night passes, eliminating the ability for guests to purchase Frequent Fear and Rush of Fear passes with included Express Pass access.
Universal confirmed the change in a statement, saying, “As we continue to evaluate our offerings in an effort to provide the best Halloween Horror Nights experience for all Guests, we have discontinued all Fear with Express Pass products. Other Fear pass options will go on sale soon.”
Universal Orlando has traditionally offered several multi-night pass options, including Rush of Fear, Frequent Fear, Frequent Fear Plus, and Ultimate Frequent Fear, giving guests different opportunities to attend Halloween Horror Nights throughout the season. In previous years, guests could pay an additional fee to add Express Pass access to their passes, allowing them to skip the regular lines at the event. With the discontinuation of Fear with Express Pass, that seasonal upgrade is no longer offered.
Express Pass will continue to be offered for Halloween Horror Nights but guests will need to purchase it for each night.
Frequent Fear and Rush of Fear passes are not yet available for purchase.
Universal Orlando’s Halloween Horror Nights runs on select nights from August 28 through November 1, 2026. Tickets are on sale, but Frequent Fear and Rush of Fear passes are not yet available for purchase.
