At The BOATHOUSE in Disney Springs, guests will notice higher prices across nearly every section of the menu.
The changes vary by item, with increases generally ranging from $0.50 to $6. The most noticeable adjustments appear in the steak selections, where several cuts from the Gibsons Heritage lineup have been adjusted at higher price points.
The Petite Filet Mignon saw one of the largest jumps, moving from $54 to $60. The NY Steak & Fries increased from $39.50 to $42.50, while the Filet Mignon shifted from $72 to $74. The Boneless Ribeye also edged up, now listed at $65 compared to its previous $63.
Seafood dishes followed a similar pattern of steady increases. The Pan-Roasted Corvina is now priced at $41, up from $38, and the Pan-Seared Gulf Grouper rose to $48.50 from $45.50. The Maine Lobster Tail Oscar also moved higher, now listed at $68 instead of $65.
Side dishes were broadly adjusted upward by about one dollar each. Items such as Fresh Cut Fries, Baked Potato, Red Potatoes, and Roasted Jumbo Sweet Potato are now $12, while Grilled Asparagus and Truffle Fries increased to $14, reflecting a $0.50 adjustment.
Salads also saw modest increases. The Classic Caesar is now $12, up from $11, while the Chopped Salad moved from $17.50 to $18.50.
On the sandwich menu, the Classic Cheeseburger increased to $23, and the Maine Style Lobster Roll sits at $37.50.
Desserts were not exempt from the changes. The Key Lime Pie is now priced at $16.50, a $1.50 increase, while the Macadamia Turtle Pie has risen to $29.50, up $2.
Even the kids’ menu reflects the updated pricing. The Blue Star Angus Burger is now $14, while the Grilled Salmon has increased to $15, each a $1 rise.
Weekend brunch items, served Saturdays and Sundays, saw price increases too. The Crabcakes Benedict is now $38, up from $36, while Steak and Eggs rose from $39.50 to $42.50. Smaller sides, including Bacon and Home Fries, now range between $6 and $7, depending on the selection.
