Walt Disney World is set to unveil “The Little Mermaid – A Musical Adventure” at Hollywood Studios. The show, which replaces the former “Voyage of the Little Mermaid” production, is a retelling of the classic story of The Little Mermaid.
This fully reimagined show will take guests to Ariel’s enchanting treasure trove, keeping the puppetry, props, and scenery center stage. While the show retains some elements from its predecessor, it also introduces new features, including digital puppetry and enhanced special effects.
Music plays a central role in “The Little Mermaid – A Musical Adventure,” featuring not only classic favorites like “Under the Sea” and “Part of Your World” but also introducing two new new-to-this-theater musical numbers: “Daughters of Triton” and “Kiss the Girl.”
“The Little Mermaid – A Musical Adventure” will officially open at Disney’s Hollywood Studios on May 27, 2025, with multiple showtimes each day.
