Fast & Furious—Supercharged is set to make its final run at Universal Studios Hollywood, with its “last ride” on March 10, 2025, according to a press release. The attraction opened in 2015 and currently serves as the grand finale of the Studio Tour ride, taking guests on a virtual 3D chase against an international crime cartel.

Fast & Furious—Supercharged was later cloned at Universal Studios Florida, opening in 2018. The attractions at both destinations have garnered considerable criticism over the years due to their heavy dependence on screens, the quality of CGI, and the overall storyline.

A new standalone attraction themed around Fast & Furious is currently under construction at Universal Studios Hollywood, called Fast & Furious: Hollywood Drift. Scheduled to open in 2026, this ride will mark Universal Studios Hollywood’s first-ever, high-speed outdoor roller coaster.

As Fast & Furious—Supercharged concludes its run on the Studio Tour, Universal Studios Hollywood is developing an all-new Studio Tour attraction, with details to be revealed at a later date.

While the version of Fast & Furious—Supercharged at Universal Studios Hollywood prepares for its farewell, the version at Universal Studios Florida will continue to operate. However, given its ongoing criticism and lackluster wait times, its long-term future remains uncertain.
