Walt Disney World has revealed that the TriceraTop Spin attraction at Disney’s Animal Kingdom will close permanently on January 13, 2025. This closure is part of a significant redevelopment plan for the park, which aims to introduce the Tropical Americas section in 2027.
The upcoming Tropical Americas area, which will retheme DinoLand U.S.A., will feature attractions inspired by popular franchises such as Indiana Jones and Disney’s Encanto.
In addition to the closure of TriceraTop Spin, the DINOSAUR ride will also be closing as part of this redevelopment. However, specifics regarding the closure date for DINOSAUR have yet to be announced.
