Universal Orlando offers a designated drop-off and pickup area for buses and a separate location for cars, including taxis and rideshare services, such as Uber and Lyft. The drop-off and pickup area for buses is located just below the parking garage hub rotunda. The drop-off and pickup area for cars, including taxis and rideshare services, is located on the 5th floor of the north parking garage—follow the signage for Uber/Car/Ride App Drop-Off & Pickup. There is no parking fee for getting picked up or dropped off.
