Universal Orlando provides services for guests who are deaf or hard of hearing; have vision disabilities; or use a wheelchair, ECV (Electric Conveyance Vehicle), prosthetic limbs, oxygen tank, or another device. As always, service animals are welcome at the resort. Additionally, an Attraction Assistance Pass is available to guests who have difficulty tolerating extended wait times in a conventional queue environment due to a disability.
