Universal Orlando has announced the reopening of its CityWalk complex on May 14th. The complex has been shut down since mid-March due to concerns about the novel coronavirus. According to Universal, select CityWalk venues will open from 4 pm to 10 pm daily, until further notice. During this time, self- parking is complimentary to all guests.

Guests visiting the Universal CityWalk, as well as team members, will be required to wear a facial covering during their visit. Tables, chairs, and high-touch surfaces will be disinfected frequently. Floor decals will be placed in certain areas throughout the complex to help guests maintain 6 feet distance. Additionally, all guests and team members will receive a temperature check upon arrival (those with a temperature of 100.4°F will not be admitted). Social distancing is encouraged between your travel party and others.
