Universal Studios Hollywood Help Center
Universal Studios Hollywood provides designated drop-off and pickup areas for guests. One location is just off Universal Hollywood Drive—follow signs for Ride App and Guest Drop-off & Pickup. This area places guests just outside the Universal Studios Hollywood arch, offering quick access to the theme park. Another drop-off and pickup area is located along Universal Studios Boulevard—follow the posted Drop-off signs. This location brings guests directly to Universal CityWalk Hollywood. There is no fee for being dropped off or picked up.
