A teenage guest was transported to a hospital Sunday evening after an incident on Tiana’s Bayou Adventure at Disneyland Park in California that prompted the attraction to shut down for the remainder of the night.

According to Disneyland officials, a 13-year-old boy exited his log vehicle before the attraction ended at approximately 6 p.m. on June 21, 2026. The boy got out of the ride vehicle near the top of the attraction’s main hill, prompting Cast Members to immediately stop the ride.

Witnesses reported that the teen fell down the hill, a 50-foot drop that serves as the ride’s climax.

Emergency personnel and Disneyland security responded to the scene shortly afterward. The guest was transported to a local hospital for evaluation as a precaution and released.

Tiana’s Bayou Adventure resumed normal operations the following day.
