In what cases can I request a refund?

Walt Disney World ticket and vacation package purchases are final, and no refunds are available except if a hurricane warning is issued by the National Hurricane Center for the Orlando area or your place of residence. If your plans change, you may be able to make changes to your tickets or vacation package. We recommend contacting Walt Disney World for assistance. Please note that Walt Disney World can only assist with purchases made directly through them, not third-party suppliers, such as travel agents or authorized retailers.
