For lost items in a park or CityWalk:
If you’re currently at Universal Orlando, you can visit a Lost & Found location, preferably at the park where you believe the item was lost. Lost & Found locations are near the front gates to all parks and the entrance to Universal CityWalk; exact locations can be viewed on the official Universal Orlando mobile app.
If you’re not currently at Universal Orlando, you can complete a Lost Item Report online. Notifications regarding the status of your lost item will be sent to you. If your item is retrieved, it can be sent to you for a fee. To complete a Lost Item Report, click here.
For lost items at an on-site hotel:
If you’re currently at a Universal Orlando on-site hotel, you can visit the front desk for questions.
If you’re not currently at a Universal Orlando on-site hotel, contact the hotel’s general phone number.
