Who do I contact regarding a lost item?

If you're currently at Walt Disney World, you can visit a Lost & Found location, preferably at the destination (theme park, water park, Disney Springs, hotel) where you believe the item was lost. Lost & Found locations are near the front gates to all parks, the Welcome Center at Disney Springs, and all hotels; exact locations can be viewed on the Walt Disney World website.

If you're not currently at Walt Disney World, you can complete a lost item report online. Notifications regarding the status of your lost item will be sent to you. If your item is retrieved, it can be sent to you for a fee. To complete a lost item report, click here.
