Is Rock the Universe an extra charge?

Rock the Universe is a separately ticketed event; it is not included with regular theme park admission. In order to attend, you must purchase a ticket specifically for the event. A regular park ticket is not required for admission to the event.

When and how can I purchase a ticket to attend the event?

Universal Orlando will typically announce when Rock the Universe tickets are available for purchase on their official social media accounts. When available, tickets can be purchased at universalorlando.com.

Where does Rock the Universe take place?

Rock the Universe is held at the Universal Studios Florida theme park.

What time does the event start and end?

Universal Studios Florida closes at 6:00 pm for its Rock the Universe event; however, guests with a Rock the Universe ticket can enter Universal Studios Florida after 4:00 pm. The event runs through 1:00 am.

What will happen if it rains?

The event occurs rain or shine; however, it should be noted that the entertainment schedule may change.

Can I visit all of Universal Orlando's parks with a Rock the Universe ticket?

A regular Rock the Universe ticket only grants you access to the Rock the Universe event and Universal Studios Florida after 4:00 pm. It does not allow entry into Universal Orlando's other parks, including Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay. You can purchase a Rock Your Weekend ticket option, which includes admission to Rock the Universe and may include access to the other parks, depending on the selected option. Regular theme park tickets are also available for purchase but may be more expensive and will only allow entry to the parks, not the event.
