At one time, the Hollywood Tower Hotel was a beacon for the showbusiness elite. On a stormy night in 1939, that all changed when a violent storm struck the building, causing hotel patrons riding an elevator to seemingly disappear. The hotel shut down afterward and has remained empty since. Step foot into the now infamous hotel for yourself and enter the rickety, elevator-style lift that travels directly to the Twilight Zone.

Disney Genie+ Participating Attraction
Disney Genie+ is a paid service that allows guests to use Walt Disney World’s express line system at select attractions. Guests can choose an available arrival window at participating attractions, one at a time, all day long. During the arrival window, guests head back to the attraction using a separate Lightning Lane* line with shorter wait times than the regular line. Disney Genie+ attraction selections are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are not guaranteed. Disney Genie+ also includes unlimited Disney PhotoPass photo downloads from the day. Disney Genie+ is not valid at Individual Lightning Lane attractions.
* Lightning Lane refers to the name of the line guests using Disney Genie+ and/or Individual Lightning Lane will utilize; however, the two services—Disney Genie+ and Individual Lightning Lane—are not the same service. Disney Genie+ is not valid at Individual Lightning Lane attractions, and Individual Lightning Lane is not valid at Disney Genie+ participating attractions.
