If you’re currently at Walt Disney World, you can visit a Lost & Found location, preferably at the destination (theme park, water park, Disney Springs, hotel) where you believe the item was lost. Lost & Found locations are near the front gates to all parks, the Welcome Center at Disney Springs, and all hotels. Exact locations can be viewed on the Walt Disney World website.
If you’re not currently at Walt Disney World, you can complete a lost item report online. Notifications regarding the status of your lost item will be sent to you. If your item is retrieved, it can be sent to you for a fee. To complete a lost item report, click here.
