In what cases can I request a refund?

Universal Orlando ticket and vacation package purchases are final and no refunds are available except in the event that a hurricane or tropical storm warning is issued by the National Hurricane Center or if a state of emergency is declared for the Orlando area or your place of residence. To learn more about this policy, click here. If your plans change, you may be able to make changes to your tickets or vacation package. We recommend contacting Universal Orlando for assistance. Please note that Universal Orlando can only assist with purchases made directly through them, not third-party suppliers, such as travel agents or authorized retailers.
