After 6 PM, Universal Orlando offers free self-parking (regular parking) on non-Halloween Horror Nights event nights. On Halloween Horror Nights event nights, free self-parking (regular parking) is available after midnight. Otherwise, Universal Orlando charges a per-vehicle parking fee, which is subject to change.
