Disneyland Resort ticket and vacation package purchases are final, and no refunds are available. If your plans change, you may be able to make changes to your tickets. We recommend contacting Disneyland Resort for assistance. Please note that Disneyland Resort can only assist with purchases made directly through them, not third-party suppliers, such as travel agents or authorized retailers.
