Our Overview

Illumination's Villain-Con Minion Blast invites you to shoot at targets in an effort to prove your worthiness to join the Vicious 6. While the concept is engaging, the execution feels somewhat lackluster. It doesn't measure up to other interactive rides, like MEN IN BLACK Alien Attack, and falls short of delivering the immersive experience typically expected at a theme park. Due to the attraction's limited footprint, you don’t board a ride vehicle; instead, you stand on a moving walkway, firing at screens, which feels more akin to playing a video game at home. Unfortunately, Villain-Con Minion Blast is yet another screen-based attraction, although on this one, you're required to remain standing throughout the entire experience.
