If you’re currently at Universal Studios Hollywood, you can visit Guest Relations, located near the entrance to the theme park.

If you’re not currently at Universal Studios Hollywood, you can fill out a lost item report online by clicking here and completing the online form with Lost and Found chosen as the topic or by calling (818) 622-3522.
