What is Universal Studios Hollywood’s Virtual Line system?

Universal’s Virtual Line system is a complimentary service that allows guests to virtually wait in line. Guests may select an available return time either using the official Universal Studios Hollywood mobile app or at a kiosk near the attraction so that they may visit other experiences. At the return time, guests can head back to the attraction and experience a shorter physical wait time.
