Is there a drop-off and pickup area?

Universal Orlando offers a designated drop-off and pickup area for buses and taxis as well as a separate location for cars, which includes rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft. The drop-off and pickup area for buses and taxis is located just below the parking garage hub rotunda. The drop-off and pickup area for cars, including rideshare services, is located on the 5th floor of the north parking garage; follow the signage for Uber/Car/Ride App Drop-Off & Pickup.
