In what cases can I request a refund?

Universal Orlando ticket and vacation package purchases are final and no refunds are available except in the event that a hurricane or tropical storm warning is issued by the National Hurricane Center or if a state of emergency is declared for the Orlando area or your place of residence. Please note that Universal Orlando can only assist with purchases made directly through them, not third-party suppliers, such as travel agents or authorized retailers.
