Universal Orlando Help Center

Can I visit a Universal Orlando on-site hotel if I’m not staying there?

You are permitted to visit a Universal Orlando on-site hotel even if you're not staying there. Each hotel features its own unique theme and various dining locations that you may find of interest. Select areas, however, such as the pool areas, are not open to non-guests. Non-guests are required to pay an hourly parking fee. If you have a vehicle and it is parked in the regular theme park parking, you can avoid the hotels' hourly parking fee by taking a water taxi, if available for the hotel, or a shuttle bus.
